The top of the teapot shaped like a round table covered with Old Country Roses tablecloth, and set for lunch with miniature Old Country Roses tea set that consist of : teapot , coffee pot, sugar bowl, creamer, cup and saucer , 2 small plates with sandwiches, and sandwich tray with 4 sandwiches. Very fine work with multiple pieces of tiny ceramic figurines. The bottom decorated with 24K gold paint. Very beautiful and rare piece.
