This is a 20 piece, Royal Albert dinnerware set. It includes a salt and pepper shaker. The shakers have been used. This was part of an estate, so I’m not sure if the dishes have been used, or if they are brand new. I have inspected each piece, and they are free of cracks or damage. They are in brand new, mint condition. The box has wear and tear on it. Please view the photos so that you can see the quality. I always list all of the details of the product in my listing. I also take photos of the item, so you can read the box and make sure the product is what you need. If a box is sealed, I don’t open it, so that it remains in “brand new” condition. If hardware or batteries aren’t listed as included on the box, then they aren’t included. I apologize, as I don’t package or make these products, so I don’t make the decision on if hardware or batteries are included.
