This is a gorgeous Bone China Coffee Teapotfrom the renowned Royal Albert Old Country Roses collection – Made in England. The set is properly marked with Royal Albert back stamp. The pot bears the second edition edition back stamp (1973 – 1993) and all pieces are Made in England, not in China or Taiwan as the newer pieces. The rims of this pattern are surrounded in blooming sprays of colorful English roses with hand-applied bands of 22-karat gold. This classic dinnerware pattern is practically synonymous with the name Royal Albert and a long-standing testament to timeless style and elegant craftsmanship. This pattern is decorated with the Old Country Roses signature motif of burgundy, pink and yellow roses, accented with lustrous gold banding. The Tall Coffee Tea pot is 8 1/2″ from the spot to the handle and 10 3/4″ tall to the tip of the lid. It is very rare and just beautiful and will make a wonderful gift or will be a great addition to any vintage china collection.
