Condition can be a subjective opinion and often we have no others to compare to. Please do not base our performance on the time it takes the post office to deliver your package. Fragile items are well protected with bubble wrap. We do not, and will not mark merchandise values below actual value or mark items as gifts, US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
