These are beautiful Royal Albert Old Country Roses pieces that I call “Lunch for Two”. Royal Albert bone china is one of the most recognizable and collected British ceramics brands. From delicate floral tea sets to highly sought-after patterns like Old Country Roses which was. It is now synonymous worldwide with both Royal Albert and fabulous British tea parties. The motifs of burgundy, pink and yellow roses were inspired by a quintessentially English country garden in full bloom, designed with flamboyant flair and accented with glittering gold detailing. The following Old Country Roses bone china pieces are included in this offering (see photos): Total=8 pieces. 2 Luncheon Plates – 8 inch Diameter. 1 Footed Serving Bowl – 6.5 inch Diameter. 2 Stemmed Water/Wine Glasses. 1 Small “Apothecary Jar” Vase. Each piece carries the Roya l Albert brand stamp on the bottom. Each piece is beautifully decorated in the Old Country Roses pattern and features gold detailing on item handles and rims (see photo). The luncheon plates are stylized with a beautiful scalloped detail around the perimeter(see photos). The 6.5 inch footed bowl is perfect for serving a salad or fruit. The small vase is just enough to hold a few blooms for the table. Glasses and Mugs for Water, Wine or Coffee complete the “Lunch for Two”.
