Offered for sale is perhaps the largest piece of the Royal Albert “Old Country Roses” set – a HUGE covered soup tureen that can be used for serving many entrees. This is a gorgeous STATEMENT PIECE with the original tag on the bottom of the tureen- see all photos. The condition is NEW as this has never been used. There was a huge piece of tape used to keep the lid attached to the tureen so there may be sticky residue on the lid handle. Otherwise there is no damage – no chips, no cracks, no crazing, no cloudiness – just a pristine piece! With the lid the tureen stands about 9 1/2 inches tall and measures approximately 12 inches wide. You will be delighted with this lovely, outstanding piece of fine china.

There is a small line under the glaze noted for accuracy and shown in picture 7, does not effect the integrity of the lid at all. Measuring 9″ in diameter, 12″ from handle to handle and 3 deep. One of Royal Alberts most beloved patterns.
