IT IS MARKED ON THE BOTTOM: OLD COUNTRY ROSES, ROYAL ALBERT, EARTHENWARE, ENGLAND, 1996 ROYAL ALBERT LTD, AND MADE UNDER LICENSE. THE TEAPOT IS MEANT FOR DECORATIVE USE ONLY AND IS ALSO MARKED NOT FOR FOOD USE ON THE BOTTOM. THE ORIGINAL PAPER LABEL IS ON THE BOTTOM AND IT SAYS ROYAL ALBERT MORNING TEA. THE TEAPOT SEEMS TO BE RARE AND HARD TO FIND, IT WAS THE ONLY ONE I COULD FIND FOR SALE AT THE TIME OF THIS LISTING. IT WOULD BE A GREAT ACCENT TO YOUR FALL, THANKSGIVING, WINTER, AND CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS.
