Designed in 1962 by Harold Holdcroft utilizing both rich and soft colours, combining lush deep red roses with the warmth from the tea roses, alongside the delicacy from the blush pink – all softened by a wash of green. Rich gold stipple and a gold rim complete the design. The Royal Albert Old Country Roses pattern emphasizes the full bodied and curvaceous fluted dinnerware shape. It is the most popular of all dinner ware. This lovely set is in excellent condition and it has spent most of its life in a cabinet. A truly beautiful set, in perfect condition, all pieces are first quality and made in England. The condition as said is as new (but pre owned) and the colours are fresh and vibrant.
