Offered for sale is perhaps the largest piece of the Royal Albert “Old Country Roses” set – a HUGE covered soup tureen that can be used for serving many entrees. This is a gorgeous STATEMENT PIECE with the original tag on the bottom of the tureen- see all photos. The condition is NEW as this has never been used. There was a huge piece of tape used to keep the lid attached to the tureen so there may be sticky residue on the lid handle. Otherwise there is no damage – no chips, no cracks, no crazing, no cloudiness – just a pristine piece! With the lid the tureen stands about 9 1/2 inches tall and measures approximately 12 inches wide. You will be delighted with this lovely, outstanding piece of fine china.
