Rare Royal Albert Old Country Roses large 24cm square covered dish in excellent un-used Condition. No cracks or chips or crazing. Gold gilding is very strong and intact. This is a very pretty vintage Royal Albert Old Country Roses cheese dish with a wedge shaped lid. The dish measures 7 3/8″ in length, 5 1/2″ in width, and is 4 in height to the top of the lid handle. Beautiful piece in excellent condition. It appears to be unused.

Gold on the scalloped rim of the dish and lid and lid handle. Red and Yellow Roses with fluted rim. This is an active pattern; it was introduced in 1962 and has been one of the most popular china patterns since. The backstamp indicates this piece was made from 1962 – 1974 – vintage bone china. This piece has been in use and on display – please wash it before use. Fantastic replacement pieces for your gently used set. Approximately 8 ¾ diameter dish. 3 tall without the lid.
